Meet Christian Villalba
Christian founded Villa Group while working as a contractor for a CPA firm. He kept meeting small business owners who were underserved by the traditional accounting world. They weren't big enough to get attention from the large firms, but their businesses were too complex for a basic bookkeeping app. He decided to help them directly.
His background gave him the tools to do it well. Over the past decade, Christian has worked with six different CPA firms across various industries. He's trained their staff and modernized their systems with current technology. He holds an MBA in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles, and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. For law firm clients, he also holds Clio certification for trust accounting and practice management.
But what drives the work is something more personal. Christian wants to know how you started your business. He wants to understand what you're building and what's getting in the way. His mission is to keep mom-and-pop shops locally owned so that communities don't lose what makes them unique.
