How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200. Your rate depends on your monthly expense volume. We'll give you a flat quote after reviewing your situation.
My books are behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up work is priced as a one-time project based on how far back we need to go and how complex the cleanup is. Once your books are current, we can move into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Is there a contract?
No. We work month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure portal for document sharing. It takes a few minutes to set up and we'll walk you through it when you start.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not required. Most clients work with us remotely. If you're local to the San Gabriel Valley and prefer to meet in person, we can arrange that.
What accounting software do you support?
We work with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero. For payroll, we support ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Paychex, and others. We also use Bill.com for accounts payable, Clio and Filevine for law firms, and integrate with Shopify and Amazon for e-commerce clients.
What do I need to do each month?
Connect your bank feeds and upload any receipts through our portal. We handle the categorization, reconciliation, and reporting from there.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We offer full-service payroll including wage calculations, tax withholdings, direct deposits, quarterly filings, and year-end W-2s. We also handle payroll system setup if you're starting fresh.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes, but we prepare your books so your CPA has a clean file at year-end. We do handle sales tax filing for California businesses.
How quickly do you respond?
Same day. If you reach out during business hours, you'll hear back before the end of the day.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days of our first conversation. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move straight into monthly service.
